疯狂英语重庆服务中心成立于2003年3月19日，旨在帮助大家早日讲一口流利的英语、掌握学习英语的正确方法、帮助并激励大家建立强大自信；突破口语和听力的同时，提高考试能力。以Hot Li为中心的教师团队已在北京工商大学、首都医科大学、北京三医院、广州第一军医大学、重庆大学、重庆师范大学、重庆医科大学、第三军医大学、重庆教育学院、西南师范大学、西南医院、重庆新桥医院、重庆大坪医院、重庆儿童医院、重庆肿瘤医院、三峡广场等举行疯狂英语大型义务演讲、推广并普及英语口语，已培训了许多优秀学员。公司策划走进全国各个高校和知名单位，以实现在最短时间帮助最多人讲一口流利英语的伟大使命。
CE Chongqing Service Center was founded in March, 19th, 2003. The purpose is to help everyone speak good English, build
 more confidence and master the correct learning English method. At the same time to crack oral English and listening
comprehension, also to improve the exam ability.The teachers group involved Hot Li as center has offered and promoted CE
in Beijing Industrial & Commercial University, Capital Medical University, Beijing third Hospital, the first
Military Medical University, Chongqing University, Chongqing Normal University, Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing
Children Hospital, Chongqing Emergency Medical Center, the third People’s Hospital of Chongqing, Chongqing Tumor
Hospital, Three Gorges Square, etc. We plan to promote CE in every popular University, Unit and Corporation in China to
realize the great mission of helping the most people speak good English in the shortest time.

同时，还开设了商务英语的培训，我们拥有优秀的商务英语外教，如：美国的John Sebastian、加拿大的Craig Polley和Nancy等，为广大企事业单位提供一流的商务英语培训。

另外，本中心还成立了COCO幼儿英语俱乐部，我们教学幼儿（1－6岁）的目标：
1.用英语问候、表达观点；掌握日常用语、家庭用语和英文歌曲韵律；复述英文故事和讲述简单的地理、文化知识；描述人物、动物、生活物品、天气等自然现象；编排、导演话剧和节目等。
2.养成每天开口说英文并教爸爸、妈妈等家人说英文的好习惯。
3.培养孩子对英语的浓厚兴趣；挖掘孩子英语和生活的潜力。
4.培养孩子乐于助人、开朗自信、独立思考的性格。
5.善于发现孩子的长处并鼓励孩子，及时和家长沟通并共同制定孩子“长处和兴趣发展计划”。
6.通过心理引导和定期体检，让孩子成长为21世纪健康的佼佼者。
